His merits: He's loyal, he's a good leader, he cares for his brothers and sensei.
Falts: he's serious most of the time, he needs to lighten up everyonce in a while.

Leo is one hell of a leader, and always leads his family and friends out of sticky situations whenever he can. He is an excellent fighter, no doubt, and can is loyal to Master Splinter to the very end. However, he is a bit too serious at times, and can think that he is to blame for things that weren't even his fault. He is also one of the most sterotypical turtles; a "dull" character, as said by some TMNT fans. On the contrary, this makes him all the more interesting. Leo has inner deamons to face, such as what to do if one of his brothers dies, or if Master Splinter dies, and what he would do then. He is also the most "mature" turtle, at times seeming much older than he really is due to his sober nature.
