Clan: Hamato
Clan position: guerrilla soldier

Weapons specialty: Pair of sai, jitte, batons, clubs, trident, some ninja weapons, and firearms.
Raphael is quick to act, quick to reply, and quick with the comebacks. Like fire, he'll burn you with his rage or with a witty remark (depending on his state of mind).
He's feirce in combat and a natural brawler. Raphael shows alot of interest in training (almost as much as Leonardo), and is especially fond of sparring (which he tends to do with Michelangelo). He truly enjoys the physical aspects of combat, but unlike Leonardo, is uninterested in the mental and spiritual aspects.
When a young child, Raphael was keen on being the leader of the four, but always fell short of Leonardo. Leonardo's skills, talents, abilities, and natural role of alpha male had always made Raphael jealous and spiteful. The two would be constant rivals over the years untill finally Raphael humbly accepted Leonardo as the better man. Since then, Raphael has been a massive support for Leonardo and the whole team.
Aside of Raphael's quarrels with Leonardo when growing up, Raphael also expressed a depression of being cooped up in the sewers and unable to walk on the streets like a normal person.
Because of this, Raphael would often sneak out to venture atop the roof tops, which to him was absolute freedom and truly made him feel good.
Ever since befriending April O'neil, and then Casey Jones, Raphael has got more and more of a taste of the "normal" life, which has helped his depression decline.
And with all the adventures Raphael and his brothers would experience over time, Raphael has found a new zest for life.
There are a number of interests that Raphael expresses. Some of which are watching TV, mechanics, training, brawling, working out, playing video games, taking a stroll out in town, and lounging around.
Donatello seems to be the one brother that Raphael has expressed the least 'attitude' towards. Raphael actually gets along with Donatello very well and respects his oppinions and thoughts greatly.
Unlike with Leonardo and Michelangelo, Raphael rarely ever takes a jab at Donatello.
Ever since Raphael has cooled down and matured, he's been easy-going, relatively lax, and very supportive. Rather than anger clouding his mind, Raphael responds to situations with a cool head and sharp wit.
Of his four brothers, Raphael looks up to Leonardo. He admires Leonardo's iron will and fearlessness, and because of this, Raphael often nicknames Leonardo "Fearless Leader".
